For the app to function correctly, we use and store information about your location(“location data”). This data is required to deliver many of the Apps main features. It allows us to track deliveries in real time and provide customers with updates on arrival times. The collection of location data also supports the apps major feature of aiding drivers with their Chain or Responsibility requirements in relation to Fatigue Management and Driver Speed Management. The collection of location ensure’s drivers are stationary while resting as well as tracking each driver Base locations. The live tracking supports driver Speed Management and route mapping to determine if toll roads are used.
The location data may be accessed when the app is closed or not in use, but this data is not stored. Only a drivers location data between hitting Start Drive and End Driving are recorded and stored
You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at any time, through your device settings, but you may want to check with your provider first.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service to hold certain information.
