We collect and store your location data to enable core functionalities of our service, including estimated delivery arrival times, fatigue management, and speed tracking. This data is essential for the operation of the app and is collected even when the app is closed or not actively in use.

Disabling location services will prevent the app from functioning as intended. By using the app, you acknowledge and consent to the continuous use and storage of your location data as a critical requirement for service delivery.

11. Deletion of Accounts & Data

Driver Accounts that have linked into another Company and Company accounts that have multiple drivers operating under the Company profile, do not have any direct means to delete the account and its data.  Heavy Vehicle Fatigue management laws require companies to retain driving records for 3 years and therefore data is retained to ensure all parties can access their records during this period.

Owner Driver accounts that are not linked to any other Client account may delete their account and all its data by navigating to their profile page within their app and selecting “Delete Account”.

If no profile option is displayed in your menu, you are operating under a company account.

12. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Notice will be posted on this page and changes take effect upon posting. Check back regularly for updates.
